As a Creative Strategist at Anchour, you’ll work across a variety of industries—DTC, home services, finance, and beyond—partnering with our talented team of designers, copywriters, and marketers to create scroll-stopping, results-driven content.

What You’ll Do
- Lead Creative Strategy: Develop high-performing, results-oriented creative strategies for a wide range of industries across Meta, Google, email, and more.
- Craft Game-Changing Briefs: Write concise, inspiring creative briefs that give designers and copywriters the clarity and freedom to create exceptional work.
- Uncover What Works: Use insights, trends, and performance data to craft hooks, concepts, and directions that resonate with audiences and drive conversions.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Spot emerging trends, keep tabs on industry shifts, and identify opportunities to bring fresh, innovative ideas to our campaigns.
- Bring Ideas to Life: Draft rough concepts in tools like Figma, CapCut, or Canva to visually guide the creative process and communicate your vision.
- Data-Driven Creativity: Analyze performance metrics, uncover what’s working (and what isn’t), and use that knowledge to refine and elevate creative strategies.
- Own Campaign Success: Partner with designers, copywriters, and marketers to develop standout assets—statics, reels, performance marketing videos, and more—from initial concepts to polished executions.
- Champion Collaboration: Act as the creative hub, working across teams to align brand vision, marketing priorities, and audience insights into cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
- Elevate the Work: Collaborate closely with designers and writers to push creative ideas further, ensuring every project is aligned with the strategy and exceeds expectations.
What We’d Like To See
- Proven Expertise: 3+ years of experience in an agency or working on large-scale brand campaigns with 7+ figures in annual ad spend. Meta expertise is essential.
- Creative Thinker, Strategic Mind: You can think big while understanding how to bring ideas to life in practical, impactful ways.
- Platform Expert: A deep understanding of what works on platforms like Meta, Google, and Klaviyo, paired with the ability to stay ahead of the latest updates and trends.
- Hands-On Skills: Experience with Figma, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools to visualize creative ideas and draft initial concepts.
- Analytical Insight: Comfort analyzing data, identifying trends, and reporting insights in ways that inspire and inform creative strategies.
- Trend Obsessed: You know what’s happening with the coolest brands and campaigns across industries and can use that knowledge to influence creative work.
- Collaborative & Curious: A natural collaborator who thrives on brainstorming, idea-sharing, and bringing creative visions to life with a team.
- Proven Impact: A portfolio or proven track record of campaigns that deliver results through creative excellence.
