Your ability to lead with confidence, organization, and collaboration will ensure successful outcomes for both clients and internal teams.

In this role, you will take ownership of client communications and be responsible for driving projects forward. This includes leading strategic discussions, clearly articulating scope and process, aligning on priorities, managing client feedback, and addressing questions and concerns with tact and professionalism.

You are expected to bring a strong understanding of marketing channels and tactics—including paid ads, email marketing, SEO/SEM, organic social, and general marketing planning—and effectively communicate their value and application to clients.

You’ll facilitate meetings with internal and external audiences and will work closely with our project management and other team members to share project updates with relevant stakeholders and facilitate client feedback and approvals to keep projects moving forward.

Additionally, you’ll be responsible for proactively identifying your accounts’ opportunities for growth and any potential challenges with the client services team. This includes assisting with the development of proposals, scopes, and agreements for your clients.
