As a Digital Media Manager at Anchour, you’ll work across platforms like Meta, Google, CTV, and MNTN, managing paid campaigns for diverse industries, including DTC, home services, finance, and retail. You’ll collaborate closely with our strategists, creatives, and marketers to execute campaigns that drive meaningful business outcomes for our clients.

What You’ll Do
- Manage Media Buying: Plan, execute, and optimize media buys across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, CTV, and MNTN to achieve performance goals.
- Campaign Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make real-time adjustments to improve ROI.
- Leverage Insights: Use data, audience insights, and platform trends to inform media strategies and maximize performance.
- Budget Management: Oversee annual budgets ranging from five to seven figures, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of ad spend.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with creative strategists, designers, and marketers to align media strategy with broader campaign objectives.
- Test and Learn: Develop and execute A/B tests to optimize creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with platform changes, industry best practices, and new ad formats to ensure Anchour remains on the cutting edge.
- Reporting and Insights: Deliver clear, actionable reporting to clients, demonstrating the impact and effectiveness of campaigns.
What We’d Like To See
- Proven Expertise: 3–5 years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency environment, with hands-on experience across Meta, Google, and CTV platforms.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with ad platforms, tracking tools, and analytics dashboards (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360).
- Creative Collaborator: Experience working with creative teams to align media strategies with high-performing assets.
- Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of media buying strategies for Meta, Google, CTV, and emerging platforms like MNTN.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail in managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and reporting results.
- Trend Spotter: A passion for identifying new opportunities and staying ahead of media trends and platform updates.
- Proven Results: A track record of driving ROI and exceeding performance benchmarks for clients.
